About Amber Schmidt, Founder of
SKN Medical Aesthetics & Beauty Bar
Amber Schmidt is a seasoned expert in the field of Medical Aesthetics, boasting over five years of professional experience. Her journey began in Edmonton at Sharma Skin & Hair Surgery, where she served as the Executive Assistant. It was here that she delved deep into the myriad of services the industry has to offer, gaining invaluable expertise and cultivating her passion for skincare and beauty. Inspired by this formative experience, Amber took the ambitious step of earning her diploma in Medical Aesthetics from the renowned School of Medical Aesthetics in Toronto, graduating in January 2023.

Proudly Indigenous, Amber hails from the Wikwemikong First Nation and is honored to represent her community through her own Indigenous-owned Medical Aesthetics business. Her ethos extends beyond just skin-deep beauty; it encompasses an inclusive approach to wellness, skincare, and overall rejuvenation.

HAYLEY
Hayley is thrilled to be providing this service to the local community and surrounding areas. A Wawa native, she is proud to call this town home and raise her family here. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her out fishing with her husband or trying her hand at golf.
Currently in her fifth year as a Registered Nurse, Hayley has experience in acute care, emergency, and clinic settings. In June 2024, she completed a specialized course in neuromodulators and lip fillers through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics. She remains committed to continually expanding her knowledge to ensure clients receive the best possible outcomes.

With 8 years of experience as a licensed esthetician in southern Ontario, Elissa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to SKN Medical Aesthetics & Beauty Bar. She specializes in lash extensions, lash and brow tinting, and waxing services, delivering exceptional results for her clients.
