All appointments require a $50 deposit at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap that could have been filled by another client. Therefore, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
*Please Note: If you have a pre-paid package on file with us and fail to cancel an appointment within 24 hours, or are a no-show, you will forfeit one pre-paid service in the package per missed appointment.
To benefit from the package pricing discount, all packages must be paid in full at the first appointment. Should you choose to cancel appointments before completing all treatments in the package, remaining treatments will revert to the single treatment rate and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
Due to the specific nature of the products sold at our clinic and in our online shop, SKN Medical Aesthetics & Beauty Bar cannot offer refunds, nor accept returns or exchanges. If you're trying out a new product for the first time or are unsure about potential reactions, we recommend contacting us via phone, email, or requesting a free consultation to properly assess your skin's needs. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges based on personal taste, change of mind, or perceived ineffectiveness.
Given that individual results may vary based on a multitude of factors, SKN Medical Aesthetics & Beauty Bar does not offer refunds on any services.
Gift Cards do not hold any cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable.
